These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Revix’s Padel & Fives promotion (“Promotion”). By using this Promotion or otherwise participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Promotion is exclusive for customers who sign-up to the Revix platform with the promo codes provided by a member of the Epic Padel or Futbol Fives group.
2. This promotion commences on the 1 March 2023 and concludes on the 31 December 2023. Revix reserves the right to adjust these dates without notice.
3. The promo codes provided by a member of the Epic Padel or Futbol Fives group must be used at the time of sign up. If you do not use either of these codes you will not be entitled to the benefits of this promotion. No exceptions will be made if this code is not used on sign-up.
4. You must begin your account verification within 12 hours of signing up for an account and submit all required documentation within 24 hours. Verifications can take up to 48 hours after submission to be completed.
5. Once you receive the confirmation email that your account has been verified, you will need to make a single investment of at least R500 into one of our products to qualify for your bonus.
6. Within 24 hours of a successful investment, your account will be credited with R200.
7. You will need to keep the rewards in your account for a period of 60 days before submitting a withdrawal.
8. We would love to see you continue investing with us after you activate your promotion. Note that transactional and withdrawal fees apply. For more information please refer to our fees.
9. This promotion is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Revix Rewards program unless specifically stated otherwise in these terms.
10. Customers who already have a Revix account prior to the launch of this promotion do not qualify for this promotion and are not permitted to open a new Revix account to take advantage of this, or any future Revix promotion where it is forbidden.
11. A Customer using the promo codes provided by a member of the Epic Padel or Futbol Fives group should not engage in any misleading, deceptive, annoying, or harassing practices to promote Revix, Epic Padel, Fives Futbol or any related brands or companies.
12. We reserve the right to cancel this promotion for new sign-ups at any time, however, we will always honour already registered agreements that we have with you.
13. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and website disclaimers.
14. This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by South African Law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Revix’s fee-free Top 20 Bundle promotion (“Promotion”). By using this Promotion or otherwise participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Promotion is exclusive for customers who purchase Top 20 Bundle with fiat currencies (South African Rands [ZAR], Great British Pounds [GBP] or US Dollars [USD] only). Only when you purchase Top 20 Bundle with fiat currencies will no buy-in fees be charged.
   
   
2. No other product exchange will be eligible for no fees when purchasing Top 20 Bundle. For example, Ethereum to Top 20 Bundle transactions will incur a fee as usual.
   
   
3. The sale of Top 20 Bundle into any currency including fiat currency will incur the standard fee applicable to your account.
   
   
4. This Promotion commences at 00:00 SAST on the 1st of June 2023 and concludes at 23:59 on the 30th of June 2023. All requirements of these Terms must be met within that timeframe to qualify.
   
   
5. If you are an existing Revix customer, you must log in to your account, make a new deposit, and purchase Top 20 Bundle from South African Rands, Pounds Sterling or United States Dollars within the promotion timeframe to take advantage of this Promotion.
   
   
6. If you are not currently a Revix customer, you will need to download the Revix app to sign up for an account at https://revix.onelink.me/LjV8/bicplp15, verify your account and submit all the verification documentation required. Verifications can take up to 48 hours to be processed, so it is important to verify your account as soon as possible to ensure your account will be active during this Promotion.
   
   
7. Once your account is successfully verified, you will get an email from us letting you know that your verification is complete. If there is any missing or incorrect documentation, your account may take longer to verify. If this is the case, one of our support staff will be in touch with you to assist in getting your verification completed.
   
   
8. On successful completion of your verification, you will be able to participate in this Promotion provided that the Promotion has not ended.

10. A Customer using the fee free Top 20 Bundle Promotion should not engage in any misleading, deceptive, annoying, or harassing practices to promote Revix, or any related brands or companies.
    
    
11. We reserve the right to cancel this Promotion at any time; however, we will always honour already registered agreements that we have with you.
    
    
12. Any attempt to take advantage of this Promotion past its intended use may result in the termination of your account, and/or the removal of any bonuses and rewards from your account. This includes rewards points farming and other deceitful activities.
    
    
13. Customers participating in this Promotion will not earn rewards points for any fee-free transactions.
