How do I withdraw my funds?

How to withdraw my funds on the Revix app: 

  1. Tap Withdraw and select the currency you would like to withdraw into.
  2. Choose the bank account to be used, or edit the details if you’re using another account.
  3. Use the slider or your keypad to enter your withdrawal amount.
  4. Review the details and confirm the transaction.
  5. You will be asked to enter the OTP sent to your email and mobile number.
  6. We’ll process your transaction and let you know as soon as it’s done.

Withdrawal times depend on your bank and country.

The withdrawal release schedule can be found below. You must request a withdrawal before the cut-off time in order for it to be processed at the release time.

Times indicated above are local times for each country. Withdrawals are processed on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

When requesting a local currency withdrawal from Revix, please ensure that your bank account details are up to date and correct. Please also ensure that the bank account you are requesting a withdrawal to is your own personal bank account.

Withdrawals are processed according to the times shown above. We’ll send you an email notification when we’ve released your funds. Please allow for normal bank transfer times before expecting the money in your bank account. This can take a number of days and is outside of our control.
